The Customer Payoff Info application enables dealers to obtain payoff quotes for TFS customers considering paying off their vehicle leases or loans.
1. Click the link for Toyota
Financial Services on the Dealer Daily homepage.
The Toyota Financial Services Home page appears.
2. On the right top of the page, the Customer Payoff Quote
section is present
To submit a payoff
request, enter either the customer’s TFS retail or lease Account Number or
their 9-digit Social Security number.

On the Toyota Financial Services homepage, the Customer
Payoff Info section is present at the right top of the page.

Either the Account Number, VIN or Social Security Number of the customer can be entered for search
Note: When entering an account number, it must be
typed exactly as it appears on the customer's billing statement.

Enter Retail account (10 numbers)
·
Enter Lease account (11 alphanumeric characters)
·
Enter Social Security Number (9 numbers)
·
Enter VIN (17 digits).
3. The Check box next to the statement “By submitting this request, Dealership represents and warrants to TFS that it has express consent from all of the customer account holders to obtain the requested payoffs” has to be checked
4. Click the Submit button when you have entered any search criteria
for this inquiry.
The Customer Payoff Quote screen appears.
The Customer Payoff Quote screen contains specific information regarding a customer’s account. The following information fields are displayed:
Customer Account Number/SSN Entered — The customer's account
number or SSN that was entered on the inquiry screen.
Account #
— The
number of the customer's retail or lease account
Year/Model — The year and model of the customer's
vehicle
VIN — The Vehicle Identification Number of the
customer's vehicle
Name –- The name(s) on the account
Good Through Date — The date the payoff
quote is good through
Payoff/Amt — The calculated payoff amount for the
account
Maturity Date — The maturity date of the customer's
loan or lease
Per Diem — Per Diem Amount (Retail only)
Original Term — The Original Term of the
customer's account
Last Pmt Date — The date the last payment was posted
Last Pmt Amt — The amount of the last payment
Next Pmt Due Date — The date the next payment is due
Note: There may be several accounts returned for one
SSN, indicating that the customer has more than one TFS account. If there are more than 5 accounts associated
with one SSN, an error message will display, and individual account numbers
will be required to access a payoff quote.
Note: If a Customer Payoff Quote is unavailable, you will receive an Error or Status message indicating the specific error or status of a customer's account, and the action, if any, that may be taken.
Click the Print button to return to the print the Customer PayOff Quote details.
Click the Close button to close the Customer PayOff Quote popup.
